NCTT: Pre-Oceanside 70.3 Training Session

We are planning a Pre-Oceanside 70.3 Training Session down in Oceanside. The fun will start at 800a.
If you are racing Oceanside and want to familiarize yourself w the surf and the run course, then do not miss out on this opportunity!
1. Ocean Starts:
- We are going to practice getting used to swimming out past the waves. Oceanside gets quite a bit of surf.
2. Bike Course:
- We are looking at riding b/n 20-30 miles on the bike course. We will head out 10-15 and then turn around.
3. Run Course:
- The Oceanside course has two loops on the run. We will run one loop at 6 miles.
- Let’s grab some food after we run.
